Welcome to Lavish Lamb. All of the products on this website are quoted in Canadian dollars. Please review the terms and conditions outlined on this page. When you shop online with Lavish Lamb, you agree to these policies.
Stock:
Out of stock items will be displayed in a timely manner. If your item is out of stock, you will be contacted, and we apologize! We are committed to getting your bedding to you as quickly as we can.
Catalogue:
Although every precaution is taken to ensure that all information on this website is accurate, Lavish Lamb’s website may contain errors in descriptions of products, dimensions and/or pricing. We reserve the right to correct any of these inaccuracies and update our information without prior notice.
Custom Orders:
Any custom order will be made specifically for you, and is therefore a final sale. Please contact us if you would like more information regarding custom ordering. Pricing, availability of fabrics and lead times will vary.
Sale Items:
All sale items are a final sale.
Returns:
We want you to love your order and be totally satisfied. So, if there is a problem with your item(s), you can return your unwashed and unused item(s) for a refund. Please contact Lavish Lamb within 7 days of the receipt of your order. We will issue you a return authorization (RA) number that is to be placed on the outside of the shipping packaging. Items must be received back at our location within 10 days of receiving your RA number. Please include a copy of your invoice and a brief explanation for the return with the product.
Lavish Lamb reserves the right to refuse a refund if the bedding is not in its original condition with its original packaging. Sorry – but, unless the return is due to an error on our part, Lavish Lamb cannot refund any shipping charges or duties.
Lavish Lamb recommends using a trackable, insured form of shipping for any returns you make. We cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost, delayed or damaged during shipping, and we can only credit you for items received. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your credit card statement.
Cancellations:
You are able to cancel your order, provided we have not packaged it for shipping. Please email us promptly with any cancellations you may have.
If you cancel an order after it has been packaged, but before it has been shipped, you may be charged a re-stocking fee (15% of the value of the cancelled order.)
If your order has already been shipped, you can return the item(s) after you have received them. Please see above for information on returns.
Colour Exactness, Fabric, and Swatches:
Colour exactness varies on individual computer screens, and sometimes having an actual sample of fabric can help you plan your little one’s room. Small swatches of fabric are available for a cost of $4.00. Lavish Lamb cannot be held responsible for subtle colour differences due to dye lot variations. Sometimes small inconsistencies are present within certain fabrics. These are subtle and make the fabric unique. Lavish Lamb will not return product due to subtle fabric inconsistencies.
PayPal:
Lavish Lamb uses PayPal for simple and secure web transactions. You are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase online with Lavish Lamb. You can check out PayPal’s security standards if you have any questions.

Shipping:
Lavish Lamb uses Canada Post for all of our shipping needs. Shipping fees are automatically calculated at check out and will be added to your total invoice. Shipping charges to Canada are free on all orders over $325.00 before tax.

Please allow 10-14 business days for shipping of in stock items. If your item is out of stock we will contact you promptly.
Lavish Lamb is a Canadian company, and at this time, only sells within Canada.
If you live in Winnipeg, Manitoba and would like to avoid shipping fees, please email us and we would be happy to drop off you item(s) to you!
